This project centers on intentional space for mentoring and providing opportunities for women and femmes from the global majority. We will partner with theater organizations that wish to offer support to emerging and established playwrights. Our first phase is focused on partnering established Black women theater makers with emerging theater makers to provide mentorship over a 1.5 year period that includes an in-person retreat, monthly craft sessions, support writing or completing a draft and more.
